These are the first batch from the project. Recorded here at Studio One – Old Magnolia Studios.
Engulfed in mists, mad grey-bright dawn light – secreted and hidden in the heartland of Sussex. The most Holiest and Sacred County of southern coastal England.
All were made between September 2024 and July 2025 They are here now as an archive collection and are considered a first part of an ongoing project.
Hopefully they speak for their selves – Greater info and I hope, more useful additional notes are to be found on the Old Magnolia Studios blog, along with a new series of photos and kit info. This is update is new and will be created in due course, but there is a reasonable selection of items to read.

Peace in Gaza – The first mix. Drums not quite right.
Peace in Gaza – Second mix. Drums improved. Pretty much what I was after. Plus a new ending.
Delphinium – Stand alone Single. 4 minutes of slide grooves.
The first three test/demos – In order of recording.
- Untitled Fight – A strange arrangement of guitar riffs, solos and effects. Quite effective and remains a firm favourite of mine. Has one of my personal best guitar sounds.
2. Tales of a New Moon – A trip into the blues zone I was beginning to work in. A first step. Some cool dissolving notes.
3. MF#3 (My Favourite, track three) The title is a joke – Based on track 3 being the fave track for people that have never heard the album, or any album, that is being discussed. 21 minutes of un-edited soloing. The beginning and end were arranged in post production to make the piece a little easier to get into and conclude. The piece came about after spending all day getting no where with the back ground track. So I just let rip and was somewhat surprised at the duration. A one off event I think.
